With competitions just around the corner, we’re giving our squad gymnasts the perfect opportunity to get back into training, sharpen their skills, and head into September feeling confident and competition-ready! These workshops will be led by our full Squad Coaching Team, who will be pushing gy …moremnasts to work hard, improve their technique, and build consistency ahead of a busy competition season. 📅 Tuesday 18th August | 5:00pm to 8:00pm 🤸 Vault & Bars Workshop 📅 Tuesday 25th August | 5:00pm to 8:00pm 🤸 Tumbling & Beam Workshop 💷 £24 per gymnast, per workshop These sessions are highly recommended for all squad and development gymnasts. They’ll help everyone get back into routine after the summer break and ensure they’re prepared for training in September, with the Swan Championships, showcases, and other competitions fast approaching. less
