Advance 4 All (Ages 9+ Years)
Designed for older children and teens who are ready to take their gymnastics to the next level, Advance 4 All focuses on developing power, precision, and confidence through more advanced skills and techniques. 💪🤸♀️
🌟 What to Expect:
• Dynamic Warm-Up: Active stretches and conditioning to prepare for higher-level training.
• Skill Progressions: Work towards aerials, springboard techniques, and advanced tumbling — breaking down each movement safely and effectively.
• Focused Coaching: Individual feedback and small group rotations to refine form, control, and performance quality.
• Strength & Conditioning: Build the muscle strength and endurance needed for more complex gymnastics skills.
• Cool Down: Flexibility and recovery to support safe, long-term progression.
👕 What to Wear: Fitted sportswear or leotard, bare feet, hair tied back, and no jewellery.
🎒 Bring: A water bottle, determination, and a positive mindset!

👩🏫 Class Info:
A drop-off class designed for older gymnasts who want to challenge themselves, improve technique, and work towards aerials, flips, and springboard skills in a structured, supportive environment. Coaches focus on safe progression, confidence building, and empowering every gymnast to reach their full potential.
Price:
£36.00 per month
This class is covered by a regular payment every month.
Subscription: Your subscription covers all classes throughout the year and listed on the Swan Academy Website, excluding August when we take our annual break.
We operate a 14-day cancellation policy - if you wish to cancel your membership, please let us know at least 14 days before your next payment date so we have time to offer the space to another gymnast.
